Light Roast

Light roast is always my preference; this roast does justice to this coffee, one of the best I've ever tasted, prepared both for espresso and filter brewing.

Well-balanced acidity brings out the sweetness and fruitiness of the bean. Among Puerto Rico's finest coffees, which is saying alot, when you consider how good other Puerto Rican coffees are!! Among the best of the best. A reference brew by which others should be judged.
