You have to pay more to get a mail in kit. They keep asking for upgrades, it’s complicated just to submit your hair sample, you have to go to a website and create an account. I paid the extra and am still waiting for my kit. I am not happy with all the steps. I didn’t think it would be so complicated just to submit my hair

Easy sample collection, overall directions easy to follow. Results showed some food intolerance I was aware of from previous skin testing and some I was unaware of.
