Quite happy, some of the cards are a bit basic!

We are very happy with the Performance Development and Manager 1:1 decks. However, the interview question deck didn't feel like anything new that our people team or hiring manager already have experience with. I would say this deck is great for very small teams that don't have recruiters helping them craft questions. There is also a spelling error on one of the cards we caught.

Amazing Tool

I have been using these to engage my team more and they have been awesome! I love that they have a pamphlet or card with a breakdown of the color coding. I have used them in 2 interviews so far, my 1:1s, and team calls to dive in with my team. Highly recommend.
