Motivation in a Box!

Loving my new motivation box. I have found it encourages me to send out little motivation nudges to team members in Slack, and I think they are enjoying it as well.

I leave this box out on my desk and pull a card when I’m feeling stuck or need to draw some inspiration! Super helpful!

Marvellous Motivation

I wasn’t sure I would find anything new on motivation but I was pleasantly surprised. My favourite ideas were “plan for the middle” which was a particular weakness of mine before and “celebrate progress” which is something I forget to do often. Each card is like a mini pep talk when I need a pick me up during my working day.
