Marquise Opal Diamond Ring

Beautiful!

I recently lost my father and wanted something to remember him by that I could wear and look at when needing to feel him with me. His birthstone is opal, so I chose this ring to wear everyday and keep my dad with me. It’s so small and beautiful and I love that I always have a way to touch something tangible when thinking of him.

This ring is lovely! The stone is beautiful. The design was slightly smaller than I expected, but it makes sense with the ring being thin and not as thick as I imagined from the photos. I bought this ring in the wrong size since it was really difficult to correctly measure my finger at home. I was only allowed to return it for store credit (no full refunds) and needed to buy a new one instead of being able to exchange for a smaller size, and I had to wait until it was on sale again to do so.

The ring is super pretty and fit perfectly. However I wouldn’t recommend to any swimmers. I like to wear my jewelry during swim practice, but this ring tarnished very fast. I still wear it non-stop because it’s so pretty, but it’s not gold anymore.
