Even though I mis-ordered the World Travelers Bottles, instead of the National Parks Bottles, your customer service team took care of my mistake, gave me a very generous credit and a discount on my re-order of the National Park bottles which I ordered right away. I decided to keep the World Travelers Bottles for X-Mas gifts and even though I haven't received the National Parks Bottles, I will patiently wait for their arrival, knowing that things will be made good. I got these as thank you gifts for my best friend/travel agent and her husband. We were planning a 2 wks cruise to Portugal and Spain. They loved them! I also got one for my husband and myself, because of your promotion I also have another one if I need a gift for a frequent traveler.
