The clip has a poor design for opening and closing over a period of time. The size is very small. It wasn’t fit for purpose.

Broke on first day of wearing :-(

Hello, the receiver of this gift was extreemly happy with the item but unfortunately it broke on the same day she received it. It appears the wire came out of the crimp. I can send a photo of the issue if you would like but haven't been able to add it below. We have been able to fix it for the time being and are hopeful it won’t come out again.
