Makes a nice clean oxtail soup!
The thing I love most about Autonomy Farm is the flavor of the meat and the lightness of the fat. There's a nice clarity of flavor and cleanness to the soup I make from their oxtail. The fat doesn't feel heavy and greasy. The soup also doesn't get cloudy or muddy either. Highly recommended for people who take oxtail soup seriously.

Oxtail Soup
I bought some short ribs and oxtails for a big vegetable soup that my family asked for. They loved it and felt it was the best broth ever. Literally ate it to the very last drop!
