Lacks joy, too pedantic

The intent is good, but this was not a great story. The characters have no names, plot is bland. On Meadowview Street is a much better introduction to the joy of discovery and native plant gardening.

Sweet, easy to read book. I like how the names of the native plants are given so readers can follow through with making their own pollinator garden.
