Not only did these beans make the best latte I’ve ever drank. The customer service was top-notch. My order arrived with lightning speed, but unfortunately, the seal on the bag had broke and some beans were spilled into the shipping packaging. I wrote an email expecting to get my order replaced after jumping through hoops. No hoops to jump through and not only was my order replaced it was replaced and in my mailbox within three days. So impressed with alchemist my new go to for all my espresso beans.
