Five stars because this company is flat out responsive to calls for help. Out of the packages (bought two of its excellent toilet seats), one stayed "seated," while the other moved around. This company actually connected with a human (isn't that crazy); plus a human tha actually listened (and isn't that crazy). Then assed the problem. Then followed up with a solution. WOW.
