Executive Toilet Seat

So pleased with your customer service. The original one I ordered did not fit. After talking with Mark, he resolved the problem by sending the correct one at no additional charge. He also tried to help us see if we could get the original to work. It didn't. Will certainly recommend your company to others.

seat won't stay up

I would not have bought this toilet seat if I had seen the reviews on this problem. I tried all of the tips and it still would not stay up. after calling company it seems if you have a Gerber toilet there is problem with this brand of toilet. Also the color Biscuit/Linen is not what I expected, the picture looked slightly off white but actually leans toward yellow tones so not a good match for my room. I will say the seat is comfortable.

Beyond worth the value

We switched from Kohler soft close and I’m so happy we did. It’s soooo easy to clean under the seat (in the back) and the seat is heavier/sturdier and doesn’t stain as easy. Could t be happier with the purchase.
