Custom Shape Pet in Santa Hat Ornament

The ornament was super cute and the recipient loved it! The shipping was terrible and it arrived well after Christmas when I ordered in plenty of time. I also reached out to customer service and only heard back after my third message. Design was great but I probably won’t order again bc of the rest of my experience
