Not sure (minis)

I guess I'm not one of the people who feel immediate relief when they put these in unfortunately. My own voice is unfortunately still amplified but I can hear other people just fine. Unfortunately annoying noises are still annoying to me. If anything people talking in a library and distant dogs barking are amplified. But when I wear my overhead headphones I can't hear any outside noise so that's good. I heard that I'd have to wear them longer for better results so I'll keep wearing them. Maybe I need the kids size because honestly these are not as comfortable as they supposedly are and are fairly visible in my ears. I worry they will fall out but they haven't so far.

Help to calm the noise in a noisy environment

Too small

Maybe I have giant ear canals because I bought the standard size and they're minute. I watched the videos about how to insert them but they're just going to go missing if I wear them where indicated because they fall straight out and if pushed in further, they hurt. Maybe more than one size should be sent or maybe I got sent the wrong ones. I have a lot of other ear plugs, like loops, and I don't use the biggest size there so I can't be too weird. Anyway. I can't wear them so I just wasted money.
