Formula change?

First of all, let me say that I have been buying and refilling the Hidravizor since fenty skin first came out, it has been my go to since then, however, this batch I last bought on the last sale, is not as hydrating as it used to be, I feel my face dry by midday. Which is weird because I only needed to apply in the morning and it would last me the whole day. I do have the whole skincare routine so idk what happened. Hopefully it is just a bad batch. I love their original formula
