Good clips for the price

Glanced a guardrail at low speeds and broke these off my pannier. Thankfully the replacements are cheap. Would prefer smoother action to open the jaws and use of a stronger plastic, but overall they are very secure. Would purchase again.

Pannier Bag keeps breaking

My pannier bag keeps breaking off during my normal commute. The warranty policy and communications have been great, but this is now my third bag to fail. I'd like a refund at this point, but the warranty policy just covers replacing bags.
