Craftmanship is no longer there! As a former fan and consumer of this line and their enamel pieces, I can say that the quality and finish this time around was extremely disappointing. As a collector of their heart pendants, this item has Less gold weight, uneven enameling, dings near bezel, scratches on enamel and gold, and fingerprints. Poorly packaged too. Felt like a used piece or a B-stock item. Not the quality of work I was accustomed to by this brand. Will be returning sadly.
