Replacement Parts & Accessories - Glass Carafe without lid

We ordered a replacement carafe when ours cracked, and unfortunately the one that arrived (thought beautiful) would not fit properly with our existing lid. I contacted customer service, and they sent us a replacement very quickly that works beautifully.

The coffee container broke the second day. I placed it in the dish rack. My mistake lesson learned!!! I ordered two extra glass containers and keep items from hitting it I had to change my original habit of using more coffee. I discovered less coffee equal better flavor I notice a delay in brewing and trying to figure out why the delay in the brew cycle beginning Love the taste of my coffee

Great Coffee

Makes amazing coffee and is simple and easy to use. Would recommend cord slot out the back vs the side for aesthetics. Already broke one coffee pot when I wasn’t paying attention to how I put the lid on but my replacement pot arrived promptly and I’m still loving this coffee pot! It could definitely be upsized for volume to 10-12 cups but easily brews so fine to make another pot.
