I love how soft this makes my hair! If you are going to buy anything the conditioner is what makes your hair phenomenal. I leave it in for a few minutes then wash out, try to avoid the roots if you have naturally oily hair like myself it will weigh it down. Shampoo is great too, foams up fairly well. However the conditioner is the MVP.

LOVE PAI-SHAU

This is the best smelling shampoo & conditioner that I have ever had in my life!! Wish they would bottle the fragrance for hair perfume to use in between washings.
