Terracotta Bedding Set - King

The fitted sheet arrived damaged. I have reached out multiple times to customer support and they have still not responded and over five days when they say that at the maximum it would take 48 hours for the price that I paid. I just want them to send me a new fitted sheet to make it right. I’ve enjoyed their products I bought twice now, but this is extremely disheartening that they’re not willing to respond back or make right the fact that they sent me a damaged product.

Pros- extra deep fitted sheet fits my deep mattress + 3” topper, with more room to spare. Top sheet is huge! Cons- color doesn’t stand well with washing. Both the fitted and top sheet are discolored after first wash; weird dark spots all over but also faded in some areas. Washed alone, used mild color-free detergent, no softeners or other laundry products used, dried on low heat. I really wanted to love them and have been impressed with other Sand Cloud products I’ve purchased in the past. At this price point (even on sale) I definitely expect better.

Love the quality and texture of this bedding! I have been wantinf Sand Cloud bedding for years and I finally caught the right sale and coupon and could afford a whole set. Love it!
