Damaged item

I ordered the first one from Amazon, it arrived broken in the box. It didn't seem like it was packed bad it more seemed like Amazon was throwing it around half haphazardly as the box showed evidence. Whoever I chatted (DM) with at your company asked for a photo and immediately shipped a new one which came a couple of days later. Cheers to them and your company for not many hoops to jump thru and quick action. Thanks, we love it.
