I purchased my Kamado Joe Classic III Stand Alone from Eternal Ember because it was a good price (the same as another vendor in Texas), but the added starter pack made it the best value. There was some confusion about delivery once it was handed off to the third-party shipper. When I was unable to get information directly from the shipper, I called Eternal Ember. They took care of the problem, and my grill was delivered the next day. A+ on customer service.
