SnoreLax Pro Mouthguard

Used nose strips before and went to a sleep specialist. After looking at my sleep study he recommended a mouth guard. After looking at a few reviews I settled on this one. Stopped my snoring and my wife is happy. Takes a while to get used to though as any would.

2 nights in , so here are my initial thoughts. It seems to be working very well as my wife hasn't noticed me snoring at night and I am waking up more rested, which is awesome. Molding it to my mouth was easy , and it gets a nice secure fit. One of my top front teeth is a bit sore in the morning, as well as my lower jaw , and the first night I removed it before the morning. The second night I adjusted it back a little and was able to use it all night, but still a little sore in the morning. Overall pretty happy with it as it's doing exactly what I want, get rid of my snoring and let me and my wife get a better night sleep. My only criticisms are that it is still a bit bulky , and I wish there was an endstop for the screws so it is easier to index both sides so they are the same distance. That being said I would definitely purchase again.
