Letterfest very quickly provided a proof for approval after I uploaded a photo of my son's wedding venue. Comparing their artwork proof with the image I uploaded, I realized my photo had cut off two chimney caps on the house. But Letterfest had already fixed that by adding chimney caps in the same style as they appeared on the side of the house. Amazing! When I asked if possible to change the color of the chimney caps...they perfectly executed what I asked and returned the new proof almost immediately. I had yet another request in the personalization, and again, it was handled promptly and another proof was provided. Once approved, the artwork arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The final artwork was just charming and the bride and groom loved it! They immediately displayed in on their mantle. Meantime I am such a happy customer...I can't say enough good things about this company!

A perfect wedding gift for friends or family! Unfortunately my order delivered with dents and damage from transit. Letterfest immediately made a new one and shipped it out at no extra cost! Excellent customer service, I can’t recommend this company enough! I will definitely order from them again!
