Did not look like bride

The bride hated it. She thought it was a joke. The groom looked pretty good so I gave it anyway. I felt so embarrassed. Never doing this again. Return policy is really bad….

Satisfied

When I saw the first proof, I was not satisfied with the result however the team at Letterfest was able to tweak it and made sure I was fully satisfied before sending it back. I would recommend them.

Lovely Picture

I used the Bride and Groom option to have an illustration of my sister and myself (as it was for 2 people). The final image was lovely, and the communication with Letterfest was great. This is the second time I have used their services and would definitely use again!
