Very good! So great on the go when headed to work or a weekend kids sporting event.

Grapey mixed berry flavor! I love that it doesnt taste like protein! Wish they had a carbonated version!

I didn’t notice a huge bump in energy but it was a good overall flavor- the aftertaste reminds me of all the energy boosts/ drinks you can get at coffee shops now. It’s not horrible but definitely noticeable. Overall I prefer the plain protein drinks.
