Good product, good service

I recently purchased the BD3X rack and am very happy with the product! On delivery, I had a slight configuration issue with my pull-up bar. Giant helped me resolve without unnecessary questions or hoops to jump through unlike so many other companies I've patronized. I would feel comfortable recommending Giant to anyone!
