HelloBaby 𝐇𝐁𝟔𝟓𝟓𝟎 Camera, Add-on Cam Only for HB6550, Additional Extra Camera

We love our HelloBaby monitor and dual camera set. We originally had just one camera and bought a second add on for baby #2. The HelloBaby team reached out to confirm capability before shipping. It turned out, our old monitor wasn’t compatible with the second camera since it was too old. They offered us other options and discount codes. Great customer service!

Camera connected easily to my existing monitor and works as expected. I didn't like receiving an email that they may not ship my product unless I provided 3 means of proof that my current model was compatible with the camera (i.e. Amazon order number, serial number on my device, and a photo of my monitor). That felt invasive and unnecessary, so I didn't respond at first, but finally just sent a screenshot of what i ordered on Amazon.

I wanted to add an extra camera to my existing system. New camera was not available for my current system so I was offered the newer system and an extra camera at a discounted price. Very pleased with the product and customer service I received.
