CD76TiK/CD76TiM Titanium Tweeter Diaphragm - SINGLE - FREE US Shipping!

The tweeter I had was "dead" (ohm reading showed "open"). Installed the new diaphragm, tested it (8 ohms),countered the tweeter back in the box, turned on my home theater system, works like a charm.

The CD76TiK/CD76TiM Titanium Tweeter Diaphragm - SINGLE tweeter worked good to restore my Klipsch RefIV RF82 speaker. I did have to make a very small modification. The alignment holes in the plastic frame did not fit exactly on the "nubs" on the magnet. I took a drill bit the same size as the hole and very carefully enlarged each hole a very tiny bit to the inside until it fit the nubs. No big deal since it is plastic and it was a tiny amount of material removed. I will buy another one if I need one. It sounds great.

Improved tweeter sound, brightness restored!

I had no idea how severely my tweeter diaphragms had deteriorated. There was a huge difference in sound after I replaced them. I highly recommend these replacements if your speakers are older.
