Great Product and Fabulous Service!

First, the product: this is a well made product, very comfortable to use, lightweight, easy to keep clean, and easy on the neck. Now to the service: if I could give six stars, I would. A small glitch caused a delay in my order. I emailed the firm, got an email response the same day, from the owner/founder, on July 4, which was a Saturday, with a promise to get back to me on Monday when the warehouse was open again. And she did! Not only did she make it more than right, she was a delight to work with! I love supporting women-owned businesses, small businesses, and businesses that really understand customer service. I can honestly say Happy Products, Inc is one of those rare gems! Buy a Flippy or two (like I did) and save your neck and shoulders, support a great business, and you’ll be glad you did!
