Daily Short (Casual Stretch) - Clay

This was an exchange for the turmeric 7" that didn't match my skin tone. The clay color looked better on, but didn't excite, me. The main reason I'm returning them, however, is the internal waist band. Unlike other shorts where the fabric wraps around to the inside, the Daily's is a strip of gray elastic, which looks unfinished to me. There are no photos of this band on their site. I might have rated them higher regardless of the band if their customer service has been responsive. I sent 2 very nice, professional, inquiring emails asking about the band's design, stating how much I loved the Sapien 2.0 short, and saying that I'd love to get another if it instead. The first reply said that I could return them; the 2nd email was unanswered. I'd love to support a local store, and I realize they can't offer endless exchanges, but I would've paid shipping back to them and then out to me for a swap; apparently they'd rather have an item returned than keep the sale. Frustrating.

These are my new favorite shorts. I have them in multiple colors. The fit is tailored yet comfortable I can dress up or down with these highly recommend.
