EMS 15 from EMWC

This is actually about EMS 15.This is my 3rd water softener from EMWC and once again I very happy with it. After asking for advice from the lady on the end of the phone. I decided to upgrade from EML15 to EMS 15, and what a difference it has made with my water flow . I know my last 2 failed with age, which is expected. This upgrade is beyond my expectation of the results I would see from the water flow. No more shower turning to a dribble when someone turns a tap on or flushes a toilet within the house. Great Products and Service

The first time I purchased a water softener from East Midlands Water Company was back in 2008 during our home renovation. Shortly after installation, I experienced a minor issue, and with just one phone call, a replacement unit was sent out the very next day. Despite the unit having a 10‑year warranty, I never needed to contact them again— it worked flawlessly for over 17 years. A couple of weeks ago, we decided to replace our water softener (even though it was still working perfectly). While visiting the London Excel exhibition, we purchased an upgraded version of our original softener at a fantastic discounted price, and they even included four bags of salt at no extra cost. We also bought a water filter at the same time. When I reviewed the order at home, I realised I could have upgraded the filter for just £50 more. I called their office the next working day, and a lovely lady answered. After explaining the situation, she kindly amended my order and upgraded the filter free of charge. I genuinely don’t know what more you could ask for from a company. East Midlands Water Company offers high‑quality products that last for years, backed by a team who truly care about their customers and consistently put them first. Their products, service, and aftercare have been exceptional. They are one of the best family‑run businesses I have ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a water softener, water filter, or any of the products they offer. A big thank you to all the team members who supported my recent purchase.

Questionnable

Unit came with a house water filter which we were made to believe was a "free added extra". Unfortunately this could not fit under our sink so had to spend £295 on getting a different one. Works OK - has got a leak somewhere - unable to trace but maybe on the waste pipe (this was not included in the package). Also had to buy new fittings (15m) as this only came with 25s and we were not given a choice EMW sells these for £50 so it would have been nice to have an option. Also told at the exhibition that we would get years supply of salt - not sure how this is managed but so far only have one enormous bag. Hopefully the installer will come back and fix the leak!
