T&N Mint Hybrid Mattress

The product was not delivered to correct address. The process was unclear what the next steps would be to get our order fulfilled. I had to answer a bunch of questions before my order would be resubmitted but i felt Tuft and Needle should have talked to the local FedEx company to find out why they didn’t deliver our package when the day before that same FedEx location had delivered the pillows to our house. It was not our fault the package was not delivered but the customer support made me feel like it was. So now I'm a month out with out a bed and the customer service person i talked to yesterday didn’t even indicate when our 100 day trial would start? Would it start when we receive our bed? Or from when the pillows were delivered?
