Well made but very hot

Sleep Doctor said this would be a great pillow for hot sleepers, my experience was the opposite. I woke up in the middle of the night because it was so hot, and had to flip the pillow, didn't help for long. First time I've done that in decades. I tried to return the pillow but Sleep Doctor never responded and I have been unable to start a return.
