Excellent Sunglasses!

These are my first pair of Randolph’s and couldn’t be happier with them. I am very particular with sunglasses and quality and own 5 pairs of Maui Jim & several Ray Bans. I have been searching for a pair of square frame Aviators, and really wanted a solid pair of sunglasses. The brands I listed above are nice except for the Ray Bans, I believe the quality of them are very fragile, squeak and the frame on those are very fragile feeling. The Randolph’s I just received are amazing. Think “Bentley” when opening the packaging of the Randolph’s, detail from the boxing, packaging and then you see the glasses and the fit, finish and details in every single aspect is perfection! The other brands I mentioned aren’t even in the same ballpark or class! A few other aspects in making this purchase that made this experience the ultimate best was their customer service, can I say they set the bar where All Companies should aspire towards, there customer service is not only responsive, but they actually give you guidance and assist you in making your purchase, help you figure your sizing and educate you in their products. I had the utmost pleasure to correspond back and forth with Anna, she was very professional and enduring with a great personality, you could tell she loves her job as it reflected in her words through her emails, she helped me with everything, answered all my questions through several emails back and forth until I actually received my first pair in my hands, thank you again Anna! Randolph’s are American Made, there aren’t many things or products these days you can find made in the USA especially with the details and quality that Randolph exudes in their brand and Sunglasses! You can consider me going forward a fan and will be a loyal customer, now I need to order a pair for my wife, she also loved them and I don’t want her stealing mine, hahah.
