Dark Rinse Nash Chambray

The shirt was rather oversized compared to other athletic fit dress shirts I had of the same size, so I attempted to exchange it for smaller This has proved to be a lot more difficult than any customer should have to go through. The inventory they have available for exchanges is not the same as the inventory they have for sale. I could see on their website they had the shirt in large for sale, but they were out of stock on the exchange site. So in order for me to get a new shirt in the correct size I would have to either buy the new shirt outright, Mail in the shirt I'm exchanging, and receive a refund - a small processing fee. But since I didn't want to lose money, I opted to exchange for store credit. The return shipping has taken over 6 days, and I still am waiting on the credit so that I can order the replacement shirt. This is a much more frustrating process than one should have to go through to exchange for a new size. Especially at these exorbitant premium price points.
