This is such a beautiful tool. The craftsmanship is incredible, weight balance very well established, handle is made perfect for good grip but a smooth flow while splitting pieces that require a swing.

It is a functional piece of art that gets the job done and looks good while doing it. The best American made axe, quality is key with Hoffman and it shows in their products. I’m pleased to own one and hope I can get more through the years.
