The delivery was flawless - the cake arrived perfectly intact thanks to the clever packaging and dry ice that kept it frozen solid. I left it in the fridge overnight, and it thawed beautifully, ready for the party. But the real star is the taste: it was gorgeous: creamy, fresh, and not overly sweet.
