The flooring is beautiful. I give the flooring five stars. I give the ability to contact customer service one star. The website refers you to a phone number. The phone number refers you back to the website. I managed to get through by selecting a phone menu option that had nothing to do with the reason for my call, but a person did answer the phone and was able to help me.

I really like it except that I would like it to have fewer blank areas, ie. more spots spread about, and more thought on how the spots align, or rather don’t align with the abutting tile.

Nice product, but will not work in our application, does not look good with our hardwood floors.
