Great present and great service

Glad the product came on time for Christmas! It was easy to liaise with the team from Yoonek and the person who was assisting with the design was quick and provided good advice. I do however have a negative feedback on the additional charges of the wrapping and message. Maybe I did get my expectation wrong but the message for the present was typed on a half A4 paper in black and white. I was actually expecting it to be in a proper card (does not need to be big). The wrapping was done nicely but it was wrapped with a plain sheet. Otherwise, it is a unique gift for someone.
