I think they taste great and maybe help a little? Can’t say I notice a huge change in appetite but just a fraction.

Wanted to love this product and bought 3 boxes as recommended for a full effect. Felt funny and got a headache but did manage to finish one box. Did not feel any less hungry nor that it helped with any weight loss. There seemed to be no consistency- 13 gummies instead of 14 in the packets and some gummies were soft/moist while others were hard/dry. Maybe it was just me because Im older or there was an issue with my batch. These worked for my Credo Rep.
