I have ordered 4 of these over the last month, All are now installed and working well in my smart home. One failed from factory, but was quickly replaced, another was sent to the wrong address, but again was quickly sorted. Neither problem was the store's fault, but they stepped up and made it right quickly, on that basis I recommend both the product & The Technology Store.

Great affordable Homekit-friendly roller blind driver. Close to being 5 stars

Body and motor are well made, however the cover pops off by ‘chain' when operating… maybe my blind has too much tension to close/open it. Only four stars as the positioning of the unit is critical. Could do with a ‘rachet’ adjustment as my new chain actually stretched requiring the unit to be repositioned. Requires Zigbee hub.
