I love my crossbody bag however….

I love my crossbody bag. However, I didn’t receive the shoulder strap, so I reached out to customer service and they very quickly sent me one. But it was the wrong color. I’ve since reached out to say I’d send the wrong one back if they could send the correct color, but haven’t heard anything in over a month.
