Ordered atomic skis from ski town. They called me to confirm my order before shipping it out . The Price was very good . I’m not too familiar with bindings and skis. So any time I emailed the store with any question, it was answered right away . Very easy experience . Would recommend

The skis have not touched snow yet, but the service was great. After purchasing the skis, I got a call the next morning from the shop. They just wanted to confirm the order and talk a bit about my son’s skiing ability. After a great conversation about Ski length and binding choices, we decided to change the ski length and the binding choice to better suit my son’s size and ability. A couple days latter my ski’s showed up well packaged and just as we had decided they should be. I usually shop with larger online ski stores and decided to try all stars because their prices were so much better than the big guys on the same set. I am glad I did.

I recently purchased some 2026 Bent 100's for my son. The ski's and set up are amazing, but that is not what stood out about my experience. After ordering the package I received a follow up call directly from Chris to confirm the order and discuss options. He spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me just chatting about by son and asking questions about skier style and ability. I rarely if ever write online reviews, but felt compelled to offer my complements. The Ski Town All-Star team provided the BEST customer service experience in the most down to earth low key way that I can recall!
