Update.....they finally got back with me and said there had been a typo when they sent me an email back. They are sending me a replacement for the damaged undies. I definitely think there needs to be a customer service number you can actually talk to someone on and an easier contact method. I'm still giving 3vstars fir the difficulty and frystration of the process. They came damaged. I talked to someone named Vera on the chat on their website. They wanted me to pay shipping to return a damaged pair of underwear. The tag was sewn into the leg seam and it made it bunch up. Vera then told me to send an email to customer service. I se t an email on June 17th. It us now June 21st and I still have not gotten a response. I'm very disappointed. I have about 20 of her different bras and love them. I'm just glad I e never had a problem before now. I bought a lot of the bras through Mindy's Boutique. Much better to go through there, because if there is a problem there is a real number to call with a live person and they ALWAYS correct things RIGHT THEN!
