Scala Wool Felt Fedora- Zoot

It was slightly too big. I wanted to exchage it, but the vendor does not do exchanges. They only do returns. I had purchased this as a BOGO promo and the compay stated that they would not honor the BOGO if I were to order the smaller size due to “the promotion being over.” That was upsetting and frustrating, so I did not make another purchase from them. The hat itself was high quality and looked great. Of your head measuement is on the cusp, I would say choose the smaller size. If you purchase during a promo, I hope the fit is superb on the first go for y’all. Otherwise you may find yourself in the same situation as me.

It was what I bought arrived quick only problem is u don’t make size small which I need

I like the hat but to large and adjustment felt makes it usable but not comfortable. I won’t be buying hats online , need to try it on before buying so that I enjoy wearing it.
