I had some 888 pads and they were fine. But I had hoped to have some with a little bit more protectiveness and cushion. These are super comfy and protective and what’s best is the quality feels so much higher. It feels like they’ll actually last. And since they have neoprene sleeves, they’re super comfortable.

I purchased these for my son who is currently obsessed with skateboarding, biking and scootering so pads are a MUST! My mom bought his first set of just some ok pads and quickly needed new ones. This time I decided to do some research and get a really good quality pad. 187 Killer pads not only had a cool design my son liked but they don’t look like they rip to shreds like the last set did. They are nice and snug and thick enough around the areas that need it to most for the impact. I will definitely purchase again when we need a bigger size 👌🏻
