'Give It a Rest' Bamboo Risotto & More

These are fantastic Bamboo utensils! The spatula is, as I suspected, good, but not quite thin enough to get under all foods and, I still need to find a safe stainless steel spatula for fragile foods.

I purchased these bamboo serving pieces because they were on the list of less toxic items recommended Mamavation. They are comfortable to use and I like the built in "rest" on the under side so it doesn't touch the counter.
