Outstanding service, but hardware let me down

I purchased these in July 2025 and they performed well until April 2026. Unfortunately, the right earbud stopped charging in the case, eventually leading to the unit failing completely. I cannot fault Earjobs—their customer service was awesome. They confirmed the fault and sent a replacement promptly. However, the replacement pair has arrived with a faulty mic boom, and the right-side awareness mode isn't functioning. While I appreciate the support from the shop, I’ve lost confidence in the product and will be looking for an alternative.
