Meowing Cat Christmas Ornament

Long run time

This is a great little gift to spark conversation at any party. The ornament it self is not very fancy and probably won't match your current ornament selection. So you will want to hide this on a tree branch a little higher and out of the way. I brought this to a Thanksgiving dinner where the host had her Christmas tree up and decorated. With the chaos of people arriving and making the meal I was able to sneak it onto the tree. It was periodically going off as dinner was prepared. Some people that heard it just kind of looked around but didn't investigate. It wasn't until we were all sitting down to eat that it was meowing and the people started talking about hearing it once in awhile. After a couple random meows (Maybe 15 minutes) a couple cat lovers got up to rescue this cat that was stuck somewhere. They went outside, under and around the house with no luck in finding the cat. After coming back in people thought about it being a prank and tried seeing if the noise was happening consistently, which it wasn't. Then after a bit people started accusing me of doing something:) Eventually they found it. The cat lovers who went under the house were not happy with me (others thought it was funny) Maybe I should have just discussed politics however no cats were hurt in the making of the ornament. So this ornament has a long life.... One couple was heading to their parents house for another Thanksgiving celebration, they took the ornament over there and hid it. More Fun. Plus the ornament was still working when that party ended so someone from that group took it to another party. Glad it lasted so long.

Fantastic idea!

After I finished decorating the local historical society community tree I placed this awesome ornament inside the tree!!! Everyone was looking for the cat for a days. It was the best thing ever. I never told them. lol!!!

Hilarious prank!!

This cat meow ornament was the funnest prank we have ever pulled. All day no one knew where the meow was coming from. All the kids were outside looking for the cat. My nephew was almost ready to coming in the attic to find the cat!!!
